Hi, I'm looking for someone to rent my spare room. My house is clean, comfortable and tidy. The room has a double bed, a built in wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside tables with drawers, and a mirror. We have Virgin broadband with super fast connection and there’s an Ethernet connection in the room. I have a good sized kitchen/living room, bathroom and a conservatory which doubles up as a dining room in summer. So there's plenty of room. There are two large fridge freezers, a washing machine, a dishwasher and good cupboard space in the kitchen. There's also on street parking available. The house is situated on a quiet road with a few handy shops close by. There is a regular bus service that runs to Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester or to Stockport every 10minutes from the end of my street. The M60 is a 5-10 minute drive down the road, so we’re well connected. For walkers, runners and cyclists, Reddish Vale is a 5 minute walk away and is a little oasis away from busy working life. I enjoy films, theatre and music. I also enjoy working in the garden when I get the chance.
